Well for one we dont even know who Rox's main fighters were. So all of that is pointless to bring up. From the panel that's shown of them its implied a 4vs2. (But I doubt it was a 4v2)

People have different primes. And where is the "three big thunder" coming from? Garp's prime was when him Shiki, Sengoku, Roger, Whitebeard were dominating the seas. Marineford war was literally a hint at their time being over, with Sengoku and Garp both retiring and taking a back role and...

Garp is out his prime, BM & Kaido are still in theirs. So he can't deal with that anymore. And they're already busy dealing with the Reverie shit with the RA and Warlords.

Where are you getting Rocks <= Roger+ Garp?? Roger and Garp fought the pirate crew, not just the captain lol. They literally show a panel of Garp & Roger taking on the Captain + WB + BM + Kaido. And this is when Garp & Roger were younger, not even in their prime.

Because we have next to no info on Roger pirates. The island was erased by a battle than included Roger.

Nah rox were the strongest pirate of their time, before Roger came into prime. Roger pirates in prime > Rox in prime
