Luffy was never intended to be put above Zoro. Recency bias is a major issue in OP fandom. Even delusional Luffybros know that Zoro is stronger on rooftop. What they dont know is that the gap only increased in Zoro's favor after the rooftop.

Yes but his speciality is Yontoryu which includes swords. But Oda can always make Kaku fight without swords if he wants to match him with Sanji... Still dont think that Sanji will have any fight in this arc, he is in the monitor room.

Kaku is too dangerous for Sanji. I dont think he will fight in this arc. As long as they are mindless, it's doable to brush them off but damaging them in flame mode shouldnt be doable.
