I dont know, but i believe Shanks have no.1 CoC in the verse currently...even since Ray first said about CoC, and after remembering Shanks vs WB clash at Moby Dick. So imo Mihawk may have or may not have CoC, but still Shanks is stronger at CoC.

Something is strange. When GB attacks the scabbards, GB is in tree form. But when Shanks send CoC signal, his body is suddenly in human form...did Shanks just turn off GB's logia form by sending his CoC?:endthis:
