There is no such thing as an "official" translation.
Viz pays money to get the rights to distribute the manga. Shueisha does not proof read what they do. They do not care. They already have the cash.
Its a 3rd party source, same as any fan translation.

Viz has also been consistently one of the worst translations of OP.
Its utterly insane how some people still give it any credibility at all.
