Coz Law is a captain and took Luffy's share of the bounty 
Luffy literally has no relevance to meme defeat, an that’s half the bounty they collective receive. On top of PH/DR/Wano all being luffy riding off Law dick to begin with. But let’s pretend Luffy didn’t also share the rewards

An for that his threat lvl was place within Yonko range, an closer to mihawk then Zoro. Basically like everybody told u pre arc lls. Nobody cares about another YC defeat….

It was always common sense. Beating a fresh Yonko> beat a noticeable weakened Yonko. Luffy fan just were to stupid to see that. It’s be more fraudulent for luffy to get a higher bounty. As he has significantly more help throughout.

Hell if Law bounty wasn’t frozen for a while, he might of already surpassed hawkboy. Law/Kid/Luffy are a completely different class. 2 years to get in striking distance of mihawk. Despite a decade in between

Law and Kid bounties are equal to Luffy because the world government and Marines believe those three work together to defeat Kaido and Big Mom in a group battle.
The truth is Law and Kid weren't strong enough to do anything significant to Kaido and need a bombs to beat Big Mom. King could have done the same thing with bombs. Big Mom and her entire crew couldn't stop him by himself. They're in the same categories Buggy. Lucky pirates riding somebody else's hype.
Let's see those do you do something significant by themselves before we even attempt to compare them to Zoro.

Mind u unlike law all those characters have crews significantly stronger then Laws. Making what he’s done even more unique
Oda doesn't see Law as stronger than Zoro. That's why Law needed Kid help and bombs to beat Big Mom. The bombs allowed them to beat Big Mom actually being strong enough to beat her together.
You might ask why did Oda to that? It was to create this rivalry between Luffy, Law, and Kid. Even though it occurred this late in a manga and nobody really cares about it.

Law is not a Yonko, only Luffy is. That's the reason their bounties makes even less sense. If he wanted to portray them on Luffy's level why didn't he make them a Yonko.
