I would include characters like Doffy and Vergo, but the general consensus is that Doffy is around YC3 level, and Vergo just vet level or what ever (for the sake of simplicity let's say he's as powerful as Daifuku or something). The few people who wank them are a blatant vocal minority since they mostly dwell on just this forum.
