1) luffy vs crocodile. While luffy won in the end with some bullshit like crocodile not having haki and luffy not even needing gears, he still owned luffy twice so in the end it was 2 : 1 for crocodile.

2) zoro vs mr1. He won in the end, because mr1 was overconfident but zoro and also some pis with breath bullshit that doesn't make sense 20 years later

3) zoro vs enel. It was not even a fight enel was playing with him.

4) zoro vs buggy.

5) zoro vs kuma.

6) king vs zoro. Zoro own words he doesnt know if he can win says everything. 90% of the battle king was owning

7) lao G vs don chinjao. Guy was not even a seat yet was owning former legend and 4ival of garp

8) blackbeard vs ace. Until proven wrong, bb has no coc

9) akainu vs ace.

10) luffy vs lucci. His blunt force immunity and lack of haki is only thing that saved luffy

1. Luffy didn't had conqueror at time and Crocodile is just not confirmed.
2. Again Zoro didn't had at time and Mr 1 is just not confirmed. But Zoro won anyway in the same fight unlike Luffy.
3. Once more Zoro didn't had conqueror at time and Enel is just not confirmed. But Zoro would have one shotted him if wasn't for plot since he already learned haki.
4. Zoro didn't had conqueror at time and Buggy is simply a opponent he can't win using swords. Also Buggy may have conqueror but not confirmed.
5. As always Zoro wasn't confirmed conqueror and Kuma can still be confirmed to be one. But yeah Zoro would never beat Kuma in that situation. Only after timeskip(or during it) Zoro became stronger than him.
6. Zoro was already confirmed conqueror but King can yet be confirmed too. Anyway Zoro still won that fight so no reason to have this here. He was just 'losing' because of Enma.
7. Like always Lao G can be confirmed conqueror but at time only Chinjao was. Nothing to say here but Chinjao actually lost it.
8. Again Teach can still be confirmed to have conqueror. And we didn't saw how the fight ended. I recently thought about it and realized one possible conclusion would be a draw between them but since Teach had his crew with him they arrested Ace and turned him into Navy or just called Navy and escaped with Teach IDK.
9. Akainu can yet be confirmed to have conqueror but sure he overwhelmed Ace anyway.
10. Luffy didn't had conqueror at time and Lucci can still be confirmed to have.
11. Katakuri didn't lost to Caesar Clown
12. Luffy did lost to Caesar Clown because of Oda fake tension addiction. But it was a lost anyway.

So from your 12 points list only 4 can be really considerate as CoC user's being owned by non coc user's.

That's will be Luffy vs Caesar, Chinjao vs Lao G, Ace vs Akainu and Zoro vs Kuma.
