Kinemon can darken his sword with CoA:

But Kinemon didn’t use sword hardening to fight Kaido:

Darken the sword or not, it doesn't make any difference, Oda is inconsistent with that.

If Zoro uses him to defeat characters like Pica and Kamazou, then it is obvious that he was using his CoA's best performance to hurt Kaido.

The scabbards managed to injure Kaido, their swords were penetrating Kaido's skin .. Since the first attack.

while Zoro and Killer were not capable of that, it just means that Zoro and Killer’s CoA are still not good enough to overcome Kaido’s skin defense, and Zoro is training for this, using the power of enma

There is no inconsistencies.
When Kinemon use « Togen Totsuka » his swords were black.

Zoro did not use koka when he attacked Kaido, if he did, Oda would have drew it.

OT: This chapter pretty much confirmed Zoro doesn't have internal destruction Haki but his COA is still crazy high level.

Yeah so why are you gus saying Zoro didn't use haki?
Because he didn't coat his swords

Zoro refers to Onigiri as "Purgatory Onigiri" when he coats his swords with COA

He used the same move on Kaido which he used to defeat Hyougou:josad:

Depends what you consider advanced ..
"Penetration",no he doesn't have it.

This is the Cracker Pretzel shit all over again. Why would someone use a named attack without Haki? Against a Yonko of all people. That literally makes 0 sense.

Oda just doesn't draw CoA all the time. We've seen plenty of examples. He almost never draws it with Sanji.
Everytime zoros used it hes shown it, theres literally no reason not to.
