Kaido is not that much stronger both are top tiers the worst it’s a high diff.
Yamato being Kaido’s child isn’t a strength feat in his favor nor isn’t gonna help him be stronger than all swordsman that’s baseless.

Kaido will not die.
According to Oda Luffy doesnt kill his opponents, he beats his enemies by destroying their dreams. Kaido's dream is death, so he will not die.
Zoro doesnt kill his opponents on screen at least, as well. Yes he might have killed someone on a databook or whatever, but on screen he hasnt killed anyone.
Yamato and Momo will not kill anyone as well.
Oda holds his protagonists to a moral standard. Whoever thinks Luffy or Zoro will kill Kaido doesnt understand the story.
CP0 will use some super ultra high tech chains made by Vegapunk and throw Kaido next to Doffy's cell.

Zoro will always be 2nd strongest.
Sanji will always be 3rd strongest.
The more powerful other characters get, the more powerful Zoro and Sanji will be in order to maintain this foundation.

Why wouldn’t I lol. Luffy is defeating Kaido. Tho I wouldn’t mind ZKK happening in the scenario where despite Kaido is defeating he is still conscious, but either can’t move or barely able to and Zoro just cut a helpless, defenseless and defeated Kaido then I don’t see an issue.
