The theory contains a pheasant. And every other symbol like Momotaro, a Dog, a Monkey are all metapors.
Sanji and Zoro both are the wings of luffy, which is also a metaphor. Marco is way too literal for it to happen imo. I think both sanji and zoro will assist them up there and Zoro will end up killing kaido with the final blow.

Cook, hell no. By Queen's own admission, his attacks so far didn't amount much to Queen. Even with his DNA awakening, there's no time for Cook to master it enough to do anything significant against Kaido.
