Hmm I like the idea of Luffy beating Kaidou, then Sanji flies Zoro to Kaidou and then Zoro beheads him. Everyone wins. 
The amount of "It was not ZKK, but ZCKK" threads or "ZKK was a joint effort between Zoro and Cook" threads or "Orlumbus defeated Pica, too, then" threads will be never ending.
Only Oda wins in that case, not everyone.
