18 days workout challenge untill 1087 chapter comes back

So you dont know what to do in the break let us have a challenge to post their workout routines untill op is back.

It can be anything even if you just moved your ass from your kitchen to walk a mile across your street .

Aim of the thread is to challenge your rival user it can be your sanji or zoro fan .

im doing shoulder workout for one hour today :pepebusi:
Did 20 km cycling across countryside.

:goyea: the sunday is of to great start.

Great i love kick boxing never tried it . How is the training regime ?
I just signed up
I've only done 1 session so far
It was Brutal
Had us running, doing push ups and sit ups, throwing different kicks and punches for an hour then separated people in groups of two to spar

I was told to just stand in front of the mirror and throw a jab and a straight
Did it until I was in pain
Should have gone easier I guess lol

Too busy playing video games right now.:josad:

But I guess I can take a 20 minutes walk once in a while.
