I do an Arnold Split style routine. Today is chest and back.

Flat Bench - 3x10
Decline Bench - 3x10
Incline Dumbell Press 3x10
Cable Fly 3 Variations 3x30

Lat Pull Down - 3x10
Seated Cable Row - 3x10
Back Extensions - 3x10
Pull Ups - Do what you can.

Use whatever weight you can I won’t tell you what I workout with :gonope:
