1. Aokiji - i think one of the reason why he left the Navy its because in the first place even tho all the marines could vote who could be the Fleey Admiral the last decision would be the World Nobles, so even if Aokiji somehow defeated Akainu, Aokiji wont be able to become the Fleet admiral and its simple because they fear that Fleet Admiral could easily take away or seperate the world nobles to the marines easily because of their status and their power.
2. Coby - we all know that one day Coby would literally become an admiral, because thats his dream and this man was inspired by Luffy, if Luffy could become the Pirate king and so Coby will the difference is that Coby knew how CP’s works and also the world nobles thats probably the reason why he joined the Sword because one day he wants to do something to that. Coby knew all this time that what happen to Albasta, and many many more kingdoms was all Luffy’s doing, because he saw it to himself. If Coby became a Fleet Admiral he woulve become the greatest enemy of the World Noble because he wont be scared to tell the truth to the people and seperate the corrupt nobles to the marines.
3. Issho/ Fujitora - we dont know what his past his but he already declared that the admiral status has a karma on it, and probably the reason why he shutted his eyes was because of that reason. I think Ishsso was also inspired by Luffy, what happened to Dressrosa changed him thats why he regrets that he shut his eyes because back on the days he didnt knew he couldve change something if he really did what he can a similar thing that happened to Aokiji. He saw that when he bet everything to Luffy and they won fighting dofi and that changed everything he fought for what he truly believed not like back on the days when he didnt and he just follow the rules like a fool or a doll i can tell that, that ishho will expose everything from now on.
