there is no way of guessing it but
- Kaido was a top tier adult 20 years ago
- Kaido was a teenager or young adlut in Rox era 38 years ago
so even assuming he was 15-18 years back then .... it means his age should be around 55 .... that's 15 years older than Shanks ... not a small number
Kadio was a member of Rocks Pirate who was part of core fight of God Valley ....
so he might not be world famous back then but surly he was a known figure to Top Marine and Top Pirates of his own era ... simply cause all of them too should have been in god valley as well
so while Kaido was a man known for his power for around 38 years
Shanks was a nobody until age 15 ... he might very well become famous the first time and let the know saw his power in his legendary duel with Mihawk and that should be +12 years ago
so Shanks is only famous around 15 years ago ....that's around 23 years less than

Kaido is a born monster and some one like Big mom don't consider him even a human ...
this monstrosity gave so many advantages to Kaido that can easily be seen in his endurance , durability and raw power
gifts that Shanks clearly didn't born with it
Zoans can be best DFs for 1 Vs 1 fight and Kaido most likely have the strongest Zoan on top of all of his powers
let's don't forget that Kaido rule the seas like a Yonko for +20 years

so when Shanks was a kid with not even Buggy at his side , Kaido was King of Wano with an crew and army and allies on his sides
he have an army of 500 smile users
while you can say he worked his way for getting this ... but it also can't be ignored that Smile army is an advantage Kaido have over all pirate crews cause he had the better tec before them
good for him for doing that
but it's clearly an unnatural advantage for Kaido there a disadvantage for other Yonko like Shanks
and yet become a Yonko "afterwords"
that alone is a clear disadvantage
so this is not Kaido hate thread ... Kaido is a freak and top top tier Yonko
