There are some links or potential ones but the ones with King seems stronger at the moment.
Chopper, Drake and Apoo plotline with Queen, the Sanji-Momo-King plotline and the absence of a credible opponent for King non named Sanji are huge obstacles.

Sanji can solo Both Jack, Queen and Perospero in a 1v3 that I wouldn't like it at this point.
If no Sanji vs King, just for how cool it would look, might as well just offscreen his fight so this arc can end quicker.

I was hyped for him soloing any Calamity and the SH's fighting the Flying 6 quite a few chapters ago.
But now? Meh. Don't care anymore.
