In every major arcs like Dressrosa and WCI for example, Sanji always have a girl with him. Viola and Pudding used to be villains but they become good later on because of Sanji. So I think that Black Maria will be the one that Sanji will change in this arc. But I agree with the rest. Time will tell.
Nine shadows are basically the scabbards. The prophecy is not about who defeating Kaido. It's more about who will bring the change to Wano. Nine scabbards will bring that change by spreading and getting help from allies to free Wano.
