I don't think so though, it is referring to the scabbards. And her prophecy is not about defeating Kaido. Rather the future of wano(and in extension one piece world maybe).

I never said I want Hawkins to be part of it lol
His case is similar to Apoo although not in the same degree of course there still a chance of him changing sides

For argument sake lets say it's not 9 scabbards. I dont think it's the SHs, half of them dont even have Haki and would be useless in the fight.

This would be my list of 9

Killer, Kidd, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Jimbei, Drake, Yamato, and Law

Also could have other characters be brought in later.

Apoo, and Hawkins could in theory bec they are from Worst Gen but i think Oda has different roles for them.

If you think they can, you're beyound deluded.

They certainly can contribute to the fight the same way Izo,kawamatsu,Kiku and Raizou did.

The 9 shadows are those who will bring the dawn to Wano and Oden talked about "primary figures" so it a team effort where each of them atleast contributes in some way in Kaido's defeat.

A character development for him to bypass this beautiful woman and maybe defeat her somehow without violating his policy would be an awesome plot point I would love to see
He was pretty serious with her and her underlings up till the last panel so it was a good sign
