think about it if u train with a sword and u get into a fight in real life it doesn't count as a power up then? the person using their fist and sword are on equal grounds? why dont they allow swords in boxing fights and mma fights then if its not a power up.

Cutting a cliff is kids play for an high tier AP wise. Let alone someone like Zoro.

The reason he did is that he could not control the sword yet, but he can cut way more than a cliff even by just relying on any other o wazamono graded sword.

Enma is not special AP wise so.
