A generation of weak men

@Zoinks52 I'm just wondering, watching some old Hamza videos

He mentions waking up at 3am, and that he doesn't believe in overtraining

Well, 3am is when people who have bad cptsd, which him smoking weed made his cptsd way worse, and when people who overtrain, wake up

So is that a coincidence

Rule number 1 for high T = stop worrying about your T levels lmao.

Train hard, Eat whole foods, Sleep well and repeat.
Just stay healthy and it'll naturally follow.
Yeah also not drinking alcohol or drugs or whatever else

For me it was an issue because I was overtraining, and I did not know overtraining causes 2 things:

1. Low testosterone on its own
2. Insomnia which also destroys test levels

Imo wakeup time really depends on the person. I'm much more active during the night and early morning and I tend to get tired during noon/evenings.

Not sure about this Hamza person's issue but not overtraining sounds smart.
