Oda just wrote himself into a corner. Kaido having an awakening on top of everything and being in better shape than Luffy before the finale meant that he couldn’t have Luffy win in any reasonable way.
It’s a consequence of how bloated the fight became.

An oni transformation doesn't go off anything we know about. Arlong only got more angry with no physical change and sulong is super to make you bigger and more beast like

Oni race is the definition of being beast like even more demonish beast.. lt makes sense why he would look that way when an Oni go rage mode..

Then he would be completely consumed by his Dragon powers and lose his own self..

That’s pretty much what i said aside from being not strong mentally.. lt would be an inherent race weakness..
Same as how Pekoms can’t control his Sulong form due to his devil fruit..

Both for Zoans awakening a DF mastery and a body transformation.. The magma dragon was not a transformation he covered himself with it.. Kaido was still inside of it looking identical to his Zoan form..

Unless he’s been knocked unconscious.. but either way would lead to his death as mentioned with Chopper monster point in Enies Lobby..

I don't get people who claim that awakening was used by him in the fight.When Luffy/Kata/Doffy awakened it became so blatantly obvious so why would the case be different for Kaido's awakening where you'd just have to assume that a strong ability is his awakening?

He is not awakened, and if anything he did in the fight is considered awakening it's extremely underwhelming for the WSC.

His model is seiryu. Kaku's fruit is ox ox fruit model Giraffe doesn't means he is an ox

Pretty much. Not only awakening is always highlighted when used , only haivng a buff mode as awakening is very underwhelming for mythical zoan. It being a fish fruit and dragon being awakening still makes some sense
