How do we even go about ruling that out? I tend to believe no because the numbers line up, a claim didn't come earlier in the game (when the census was posted, if that was how it was fudged), and the attention drawn just doesn't make sense.

I count as indy for the purpose of the Census but you might as well just add my number to town. Like I said, I got the town win condition except more difficult.
