Imu may had OP surgery done on him but he himself being a DF user is head canon. Gorosei were not given DF names like oda usually do.

No. From Kaido's perspective luffy was laughing and fighting like a comic character so Kaido went on to remind luffy that hax ability alone can not conqueror the world and haki is what matters the most and he gave roger's example as he was non DF user.

? Law's immortal surgery doesn't give character invincibility. Only ability to live past your normal age.
