metal ... well Toph was the first person who ever did unlock that and Aang never learned it
and Korra wasn't able to metal bend in her avatar state prove that since she mentioned to be "the first avatar" to do that
but lava
avatars unlocked that ability long ago
and about blood bending?
well we don't know if learned at some point but energy bending seems better any way

Aang have too much fire power and enough control make him an absolute beat of a fighter in any verse ... in terms of skill nonetheless
this ability alone might kill any one in MHA
and Aang is MUCH higher Airbender than zaheer was

So, Season 2. Avatar Kyoshi literally broke the landmass that would come to be known as Kyoshi Island off of the larger Earth Kingdom continent, and pushed it miles away from the continent.
Not sure what this would qualify as feat-wise..Kyoshi Island isn’t huge so..maybe city level? And each progressive Avatar gets stronger so Avatar state Aang should be above Kyoshi in terms of brute power.

So yeah, I've rewatched some scenes of ATLA and during his fight with Ozai, he quite easily redirected lightning from the latter. Could have even killed him but decided not to.
Based on that, I think it's pretty fair to say that he should be capable of blood bending and metal bending too. The former is just bending the water in someone's blood and the latter is bending the properties of earth in metal. Don't see why the avatar would be incapable of this.
I think it'd be more fair to call it a small island level feat, at the very least mountain level. Gotta remember that land masses go all the way down to the ocean floor and don't float. So she had to Earth bend all that to move it away from the mainland. Man, creating a wholeass is just a downright awesome feat.

Wait can his Energy Bending take away quirks ?
I mean with all the elements he can use. Im pretty sure he can subdue them all....except Shigaraki. Like earth bending with vasts amounts of rocks. And then freezing them with Tsunami potentially. Or perhaps using fire and water to create more land. And having the air cool it off.
If hes able to subdue them, then he can just energybend their quirks away.
And anyways Aang should be way faster than them since he can redirect lightning.
