His Pre-time skip Crew included,
  • Lafitte - 5th Ship Commander
  • Burgess - 1st Ship Commander
  • Doc Q - 9th Ship Commander
  • Augur - 3rd Ship Commander
These are the only ones I see loyal to Blackbeard. They were with him since the beginning. It looks like they are following Blackbeard for a reason.

Impel Down prisoners,
  • Pizzaro - 4th Ship Commander
  • Devon - 6th Ship Commander
  • Sanjuan Wolf - 7th Ship Commander
  • Vasco Shot - 8th Ship Commander
Specially recruited,
  • Shiryu - 2nd Ship Commander
  • Aokiji - 10th Ship Commander
These are the ten titanic Commanders.

Now, assuming Blackbeard follows Whitebeard Crew Dynamics.

The 2nd Ship Commander and the 2nd Division Commander are Special and usually the Second Strongest
  • Oden
  • Ace
  • Shiryu
Two battles are set in stone.
  • Blackbeard vs Luffy
  • Shiryu vs Zoro
For Sanji, it's sometimes unclear who is the third strongest.
My two guesses are
  • Burgess
  • Aokiji
  • Pizzaro

For the rest of the crew, I'll draw pre-time skip and post-time skip parallel. Aside from Zoro and Sanji, the pre-time skip Crew was.

  • Nami
  • Chopper
  • Ussop
I'm taking only these as they were the initial 5 members before entering grandline.
  • Chopper vs Doc Q
  • Ussop vs Augur
This match is undisputed.
Which leaves us with, Nami and Laffite.
  • Nami vs Laffite is practically confirmed too, given their Navigator role.
That leaves us with,
  • Pizzaro
  • Devon
  • Vasco Shot
  • Sanjuan Wolf
Matching them up with the rest of the crewmates should be easy. Strawhats that joined post entering grandline.
  • Devon vs Robin
  • Sanjuan Wolf vs Franky (Clossal Battleship vs A battleship himself)
  • Burgess vs Jimbei (Helsmen of the crew)
  • Vasco Shot vs Brook.
We are only left with Sanji, Pizzaro and Aokiji.

And I do believe, Luffy and Coby will join hands for this battle. So,
  • Sanji vs Aokiji / Pizzaro
  • Coby vs Aokiji / Pizzaro
I'm not sure who will fight whom over here. Both fights have some connections to each other.

  • Sanji vs Aokiji
    • Fire vs Ice
    • Third Strongest vs Third Strongest
  • Sanji vs Pizzaro
    • Both are fallen Royals.
    • I have nothing else to say for this fight. Not even their interest or any parallels align here.
    • I don't even see him as the third strongest of the crew. Burgess is easily taking that role after Shiryu if we remove Aokiji from the equation.
  • Coby vs Aokiji
    • Both are Garp disciples.
    • Fighting style is nearly the same. Maybe a revenge match for Garp as his student.
  • Coby vs Pizzaro
    • This makes more sense to me as both of them have already clashed
    • Pizzaro would definitely have a grudge against Coby for stopping him from destroying the Garp Marine Fleet.
If I were to say for sure.
  • Sanji vs Aokiji seems more likely to happen, than Coby vs Aokiji for me.
  • And Coby vs Pizzaro is more likely to happen, than Sanji vs Pizzaro. Sanji vs Pizzaro doesn't fit anywhere in the story.
So the final match-up is,

    • Luffy vs Blackbeard (Battle of Captain)
    • Zoro vs Shiryu (Battle of Swordsman)
    • Sanji vs Aokiji (Battle of Temperature)
  • Mid Strength Characters

    • Brook vs Vasco shot (Battle of ??)
    • Sanjuan Wolf vs Franky (Battle of Battle ships)
    • Robin vs Devon (Battle of ??)
    • Coby vs Pizzaro (Battle of ?? )
  • Weak Trio
    • Nami vs Laffite (Battle of Navigator)

Can we all agree on this as the Final match-up of Blackbeard Pirates and Straw Hat Pirates?

Presumably the beast pirates would have a navigator, but nami ended up fighting Ultii instead. I don´t think we actually have any reason to assume that matchups are based on occupation

We also have no idea how strong Laffite is, but he doesn´t seem Nami level

True but,

But feat/Portrayal do we have for Laffite to be even stronger.?He specialises in sneak. as we saw during this visit to the warlord Meet.

He doesn't give off the Brutal vibe to me.

Blackbeard Pirates = "Corrupt" People
Their Job is target Large Groups & make their Life a Misery,
Fighting them = Stopping the Chaos They caused,

Vasco Shot can Burn an entire Island ---> Jinbe is Required
Doc Q can make an entire Island Sick ---> Chopper is Required
Van Augur can take an entire Island Hostage from Unreachable Position ---> Usopp is Required
Laffitte can Hypnotize an entire Island ---> Brook is Required
Pizarro can turn an Island into his Body (He needs to be Knocked Out without Wrecking the entire Island) ---> Sanji is Required
... etc

Aokiji is Luffy Victim, while Shiryu is Zoro Victim.
Blackbeard won't be Defeated alongside his Crew, He is gonna be Left Alone, that's why Aokiji was Added,
He is there to replace Blackbeard as Luffy's Fight while other Titanic Captains are being Defeated, cuz BB is gonna Outlast them.
