Basically changing anything with motion or magnitude.

Weakness is that he needs to understand the vectors at work behind and attack and anything too esoteric for him either won’t be perfectly reflected back or outright ignore his powers altogether

This Accelerator is sitting at Continental in power (throwing the Earth’s rotation in an attack, kicking someone hard enough to shake the planet) which I’ve seen argued for One Piece on this site like with the ongoing Naruto thread

Jango hypnotizes Accelarator to kill himself.
Luffy Toonforce-punches that vector manipulation and directly damages Accelarator's body anyway.
Van Augur teleports his bullets inside Accelarator's brain, killing him regardless of being vector-manipulated or not.
Trafalgar Law switches Accelarator's soul with a rat.

You all got to relax, OP restricts Accel from his feats with Qliphah so no Galaxy feats.
Accel for this thread is in the Continental range of power and to beat his abilities, either hit him with something that doesn’t have a vector, negate his power, or hit him with something you can argue is esoteric enough to work, though admittedly this last one is tricky to argue
