well...only in WCI and FI arcs, he was a mess....he is good so far in Wano/DR/PH and Zou......but yeah, those two arcs WCI and FI arcs very much affected him as a character...

Appeal to majority is a logical fallacy in itself. More liked doesn't equal better. Case in point, Luffy leading the list, your examples as well.

Well, WCI actually destroyed this character for me.
What happened there? Sanji was utterly humiliated from his familiy, he later saved them but at the end, nothing changed and they still view him as trash. Especially when Niji, the second strongest brother, trashed Sanji's speed, his main forte.

WCI did no justice for Sanji; and I'm not only talking about the battles but for Sanji's character as well.
