Well it's up to Shishio to make the argument that Zoro can indeed spam Tsar Bombas and is 8x faster than G2. TAC can make counterarguments to the position. Shishio would also have to convince the judges of the fact. I think ZenZu at least would be a tough sell for Zoro >> G2 in speed.

It's not a permanent thing, on a thread by thread basis whoever wants to judge, and approved by both people debating.

The idea is good. I've been thinking about recommending @Bogard something like this, or a debater of the month. But this is probably the better option. It's at least far less biased. A reward can be like a tag of the winner's choosing. I think it would spark up interest and work as a nice incentive to step up your game.
