I thought about that but thats what adressed at my third point with wano, like oda making this a PU issue
Notice that every conqueror haki showing post adcoc usage (kaidos first thunder bagua) was a user that can use adcoc, too
(Kaido, Oden, Garp, Zoro, Yamato, Gaban)
It also seems unlikely to me that oda will show just base coc because that would be like part 1, like marineford, which would be more of a character/personality moment thing, which we see with kizaru, is not needed. And part 2, Dressrosa, also is not something that is needed cause it purpouses with don chinjao and doffy was to show how common it was which is already etablished by now.
I want to add that, if you for example are right with your feelings and Kizaru and maybe even not Fujitora will not have full allout fights against any M3 members, or their final opponents, the chanche goes incredibly down imo, for example

Oda ruined COC by giving it to Zoro and Sanji. Two characters who have never tried to compete with Luffy for captain. Two characters who had zero intentions of challenging the world government or Yonko if they never met Luffy. Two characters content to bum around in the east blue with no intentions of conquering anything. That was OP's Goten and Trunks with Super Saiyan moment honestly. Now, you can't even argue that the dog from the east blue doesn't deserve it.
Yea I'm gonna have to pass on the ACoC guarantee, this seems like too much even for an Admiral.
