We saw hints of different levels of Haki with Crackers more mastered Armament Haki being unable to be broken into as easily. The introduction of Advanced Observation Haki, was a major error in Oda's part. Oda should have played with the "Superior Devil Fruit" of Mochi Mochi compared to Gum Gum more, rather than it. No Future sight, just a bit like Spider Sense, thats about it, not immune to being snuck but your own ability.
For Conqueror's Haki you can keep it but remove Advanced Conqueror's, and make it seem like Conqueror's is your will directly.
Armament should remain as it is I guess. I think Armament is the only good Haki story wise.
For the Future:
I think Oda needs to clear up what makes one a Conqueror more with Gaban. I want to know if you can run out of Haki? How can you explain Haki reserves?
