Oda said CoC is to be used in moderation, he didn't say don't put too much, he didn't say take it easy, he didn't say those attacks are AdCoC.. He only said there's base CoC in them, so the bulk of Kamusari has to be CoA..

It can't, Oden would have recognized an Air Slash, he didn't for Kamusari as he ask himself what was '' that '', '' that '' refers to the attack..

Oden didn't have AdCoC, just like Zoro.. Rayleigh wasn't aiming for the WSS path.. If Zoro was really good at CoC and could get AdCoC off the bat he would have awakened CoC before the story began as a child like Ace.. Luffy's specialty is CoC and he will have the strongest CoC in the verse and he didn't get AdCoC right away, it's simply ridiculous..
