After Wano I don't see why yall think Usopp will have his fight. When it was the last time he had his own fight? Perona? Don't even try to call Sugar as his fight.

The consensus has always been that Usopp is going to get upgrades / focus in Elbaph, however given how inconsequential Franky has been in 'his' arc, I am not sure about that anymore. Franky might get some new tech at the end of this arc though, which would increase the likelihood of Usopp getting some shine in the next arc.

Ussopp will gain confidence in Elbaf and probably bring back the shells for cqc. His general fights would still be him running around but he might be able to store some of Nami's wind or Luffy's punches in an impact dial, and use them to knock enemies back into his Kabuto's range.

He got observation haki probably to predict/react to Augers teleports later.

Usopp vs Van Auger used to be a hyped match-up a decade ago, crazy how much Oda fumbled Usopp in the new world.

Usopp going plant route post TS is a mistake. Kinda same way with Chopper going mascot route and Sanji going jobber route.

After bitching about ship, Usopp was still Goat in Ennies Lobby. Peak Usopp is Sogeking and peak moment is when he burned Government flag.

Usopp stocks were decent at first had a peak in Dressrosa then steep downfall.

If Dressrosa is post TS peak then the peak is very lower compared to his pre TS days.
