Looking back at it outside of Wano Usopp wasn’t horrible in the new world.

1. the Impact Wolf on Daruma was awesome
2. Capturing Caesar with sea stone made me a bit excited
3. Dressrosa was kinda lame except for his one redeeming moment
4. Then literally nothing for the next multiple years
5. Fucking ass tier in Wano
6. Just as bad in Egghead

Usopp stocks were decent at first had a peak in Dressrosa then steep downfall.
