Never heard anyone address them as C3 in community, so I ask about that, but doesn't change my thoughts on who win though.

Almost the entire community knows them as C3. That doesn't explain why you voted for them only knowing that Fuji and Sengoku were there.

Brute force doesn't mean jackshit against proper hax; even streetlevel characters would win against Planet Busters with the right hax and speed.

Yes and at some point no. It depends on the kind of hax, if the hax is limited or not, etc.
Yes at charakters who have hax that ignore the stats. Example. Someone like Issei from the DxD novel would stomp Naruto in the ground. Naruto has far higher stats then him, but he has no answer against his superior speed and hax.
Power isn´t all if you haven´t shown resistance against hax.

On Topic: I know BC has insane speedfeats and hax, but from what i know they lacks in terms of their stats.
