I also got back into Pokémon with Sword and Shield after a long break, and it's been amazing! Happy belated birthday! With BDSP and Legends: Arceus out, plus Gen 9's Scarlet and Violet already here, there's so much to dive into. I got arcanine with intimidate and gardevoir with life dew. That really made the solo raid much easier. NPC mons dying in solo raids don't matter anyways.
