Not really. Zeus only works on fodder as we've seen recently. The fight with Ulti proves it, big mom had to do the heavy lifting and then zeus got the leftovers. Nami would've still lost with homie zeus had big mom not interrupt.
Any high tier combatant isn't losing to a weakened zeus that's with Nami.

She doesn't deserve a big increase. She got her ass beat, looked pathetic as hell, was begging ulti not to hurt her & then gets a free power upnand big mom doing 98% of the work.
Nami tried against an even weaker ulti and got scared the second ulti dodged. Nami talked a lot of shit but couldn't back it up. I dont see Nami gong over 200 mill. Anything more would be incredibly undeserving.
She's a good navigator but is 100% fodder thats basically a one trick pony.
