I think Oda needs to change things to be more dynamic and funny
For example, it was a great move when Franky got upset that he didn’t pass 100 mil while Usopp did and he was furious at Usopp
It should be more fun by changing the gags during bounty posters
They can do more fun with Robin by putting her demonio form instead
Would be funny if Usopp bounty poster is while Pageone or Ulti is hitting his nose or face lol

Nah that's ridiculous. The main pirates on a fully formed Yonko crew don't have 10 people with over 400 mil.
The bounties won't be inflated that high in the span of just one arc.
I can see only see 6 potentially 7 people on the crew (if Yamato joins) reaching 400 mil post Wano, if we're stretching it.
Rest will have to settle for less.

If that were to be the case… Oda would contradict himself for obvious reasons!
