Extreme diffing Senor without using Franky shogun means that all out Franky is on par with the likes of Trebol + Jinbei is fighting Sasaki's equal you think Franky is close to Jinbei's level? lol beating Ulti or Pageone after becoming stronger during the fight makes more sense than beating Who's Who's equal

I'm not convinced that Jinbe will be fighting Who's Who... And who said that Ulti and P1 are "equal" to Sasaki and who said that the latter is "equal" to Who's Who... So yes, Franky can match Sasaki, but it would be a hard fought one...

LOL at extreme diff... Again, it's a suplex fight all over and Franky just stalled VA Bastille, Dellinger and Machvise 1v3 prior (no cola recharge IIRC)... About Trebol level Franky, well, who knows? Even Zoro haven't gone all out vs. Pica... I think during the Dressrosa arc, Zoro is already around Doffy level all out... While Franky is already Seats level all out...

I suggest you not to look just on the surface...

I'm looking forward Ulti. She is not that extraordinary potent at all, but the peculiar thing stems from the fact that Usopp and Nami will still be required a miracle to supersede that tier of strenght.

The thing is that Who's who doesn't seems like a quirky guy at all. He also seems like a coward since he's needs Queen to beat Drake. But if he pull some cool moments then I will like him but for now he's not interesting at all.

Who's Who showed interest in taking the Calamity position and said this straight on King face, so 'coward' isn't the best word to describe him imo
And Drake is probably the strongest of the group, which means he can tango with Calamities, this is why Queen and WW decided to trick him: to play safe, especially in the middle of a raid in their HQ
