I was so happy when i saw that Carrot went back to her Hometown to eat Grass and that Yamato stayed at Wano cause we dont need them + their Fanbase is annoying. One of the few Oda Wins in Wano

I found those fond of Yamato vicious and insufferable. One year later they can join the remaining loyal monet fans. As for me, I was a jinbe fan since WCI so I am happy with the conclusion of wano. I actually always liked jinbe's design but I admire the personality too.

I like him, too. I think he has something calm and is seeing the world a little more objective and is more unconventional than the rest. Like the fatherly guy, who has the experience in life the Straw hats lacked.

This is the real underlying problem which people often overlooked. Her entire existence is not stalling Kaido, or connecting with Ace, or helping Momo, this can be delegated to other characters. She has a dozen panels stating to join, only to be reversed suddenly.

This is why more people are mad, because some of those who don't care about her, will feel that they got baited.
Especially hardcore nakamafags, they're even more angry because for them it's a 20 years old bait.

Hell yeah ! Its not just because I am a fan of the marines but I think Smoker and Tashigi have more interesting + entertaining interaction with the Straw Hats than Yamato + Carrot. We need to see more of them in the current arc.

Its less about liking Yamato and more about why Oda had Yamato state 15 thousand times that they wanted to join and then ultimately did not. Personally I'm glad that it didnt happen, because while Yamato has a unique powerset, having a mythical zoan when Luffy is one and Chopper is also a zoan just makes shit redundant.

Personally, im just hoping for Smoker at this point. Also a unique fighting style, a non-broken logia, a (former?) Marine and a legacy character to boot. Plus, it could be very synonomous with what Aokiji is doing with BB.

Nope, you are not the only one. I was relieved that we wouldn't be getting either of these dumb arse characters on the crew.

The salt from all of the nakama betters was probably the most entertaining thing to come out of Wano to be honest.
