It's obviously not Mihawk at the moment.

It would be Rayleigh if BB wasn't portrayed as such a coward pre skip. Making BB backdown just doesn't have the same weight as making a different Yonko back down.

Has to be Garp even though it's obvious that Kuzan was holding back
