He actually said boros was stronger but garou has better combat skill

BEFORE, Boros was the stronger one...you know, past tense? That Garou is NOW the near-perfect monster? ONE then says he doesn't know who is stronger and that it would be a good match...

He's clearly talking about how Garou was weaker than Boros until he became a monster...ain't no way you didn't read that...

Murata here says garou can keep up with boros but due to combat ability not strength as further proven by one's statement of garou being stronger in hand to hand
