I'd say Big Mom deserves better, don't have too many problems with the rest.

Her daughters especially Smoothie, who was wasted and neglected so much, and Compote, who didn't receive a line or indication of her powers, as well.

In the manga Oda even had Compote go with the BMP fleet to hunt the Straw Hats down only for her to return to WCI for no reason.

So much potential. An intesting and unique personality, backstory and goal, one of the best and most interesting crews with amazing potential. And her being such a force of nature with great haki and one of the most powerful, versatile and creative devil fruits that she used with great creativity.

All that potential gone down the toilet due to a disastrous combination of Oda having bloated and screwed Wano arc too much, him not caring about power scaling and consistency, his inability to find any reasonable excuse for the Straw Hats and their allies to fight, escape from and survive her nor to know what to do with her, and his own sexist streak not so different of Kishimoto's.

Such a waste, alongside her crew, including her daughters such as Smoothie, Compote or Brûlée.

It sure is funny, though it also shows how people prefer to forget Vander Decken.

Though I definitively think that Oda could have found and written better and more dangerous antagonists for FI arc, to actually hint the challenge and dangerosity of the New World, and at least a bit more nuanced than what we got for antagonists.

Oda just got lazy with them. Even Bege with his limited screen time left a mark

I don't think any of the Yonko Commanders and Veterans from the Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates have been allowed to their full potential, neither with their devil fruits nor with haki, save perhaps for Katakuri, with Smoothie and Compote not even being shown in battle and none of the Flying Six and their BMP counterpart showing haki, in fact even the Calamities didn't really show their haki skills and Jack was given one of the very worst zoan hybrid forms alongside Black Maria's. The plot was going too strong against them.
