If anything that Tate is accused of gets confirmed then he deserves punishment. That's how the world should work.
Although there is another side to this story.
Tate's arrest proves how retarded the laws are, allegations not backed up by proper evidence should not be a thing.
Let's assume any of the allegations against him are fake as fuck and made up on a whim ( which from what it looks like, might be ).
They basically locked up a dude in prison because someone thought of an accusation based on nothing but her/his imagination.
If it was you, me, or any grey human, your family wouldn't hear about you for twice the amount Tate spent in Jail if not way, way longer and if any of you wants to throw the legal argument about how long they can Jail you, they just say they found another person who throws another allegation and it extends.
Tate got out this quickly because he paid the best lawyers in the world. We wouldn't have such a chance, unfortunately.

That's the problem though. It might be a game to some people, but it's undeniable that women are still struggling for equality. This rhetoric can cause a lot of damage. Take my example about young men for instance, many of these kids take it seriously, and since they've always had a problem interacting with girls then this might incentivize them to behave in a certain way that ends up being harmful to their own lives.
the audio is from Vice the same company that was shown to falsify their interview and reuse clips and clip cutting to show Andrew rate as this horrible person you so much hate as a hit piece that surfaced in Jan since then they lasted a few days and have gone nowhere, so if they are โrealโ audios why isnโt Andrew rate found guilty of said crimes.

What fake evidence? I genuinely want to see it. They claim the audio is fake but I've scoured through the internet and there is no proof of it being fake.
My man, there hasn't been a trial yet. Usually you are found guilty after the trial. Even if you have audio that heavily implies self incrimination, the defendant still has the right to plead not guilty. If you plead not guilty then there is a trial. Prosecution must provide the evidence DURING THE TRIAL.
