Up to 3.5B+. For sure more than 3B. The marines probably see him becoming a pirate as an offense, on top of his great power that rivaled Akainu.

If he gets a larger bounty than Teach I'm gonna laugh.

I cant see Oda "disrespecting" Kuzan so much giving him a lower bounty than Luffy/Buggy.
Someone would say that he wouldnt disrespect the Admirals with Karasu & Morley incident but its not the same case.

His current 3.9 billion is lower than Kaido’s bounty, and BB is definitely going to be more than prime WB’s by the time he fights Luffy so he’s gonna get 5+ billion.

If a former corrupted admiral defeats the hero of the admirals, he’s definitely breaking 4 bill or getting close.

I think it can go either way with Mihawk. The World Gov must be really embarrassed by a former Admiral joining a Yonko crew. Especially one who had as good a reputation as Kuzan. We know the Gorosei were pissed about it. Does that count for more than Mihawk, a pirate, continuing to be a pirate? Mihawk also has his Marine Hunter background.

I think Mihawk is the stronger of the two, not by much, but I can see the World Gov valuing a former Admiral joining the other team more due to the damage to reputation.
