He doesn't have full control because he was using full time. That's probably the reason he got so exausthed after the fight. If we took Oden vs Kaido for example, he seems to use only when he attacks Kaido. That's why Oden didn't had any exausthing problem.

But again, that's Enma's issue not Zoro's CoC control.

Don't worry Sanji won't be part of the final war, he is the sacrifice Oda talked about, for this has been introduced Yamato, to take his place in the monster trio. In that way there are 3 advcoc users that can reach the top and the problem you set here won't happen

He's not coating his blade in coc.

Also Luffybwent through to years of training to control his COC and he also is focused in coc. Zoro is based in coa. Coating your swords in coc is literally the ability to hit your opponents without touching them and Zoro is far from that and probably won't ever be that level.

In Naruto's war arc only characters with Sharingan or a Bijuu really mattered in the grand scheme things.
Except for Gai who ended up being a small distraction for Madara at the end of the day.
Do you think one piece will fall into the same trap and only characters who possess adv coc or awakening will matter and become top tier in the final war? Kaido already confirmed that only a handful of the very strongest can use adv coc.

Only AdCoC users and Admirals are top tiers in the OP world, people like Garp, Shiki, Rocks, Mihawk or Dragon are definitely CoC users.

Luffy can't beat those I listed and he isn't beating Kaido this time. For sure Crocodile is superior than Mr 1 and Doffy is superior to Pica. But Luffy has ways to beat Crocodile and Doffy but not to beat Mr 1 and Pica.

In that same chapter, he had a clash or 2 with King and wasn't using AdCoC. Plus at one point he was just standing there no AdCoC until he went back to attack
