I really wonder if ashura and DJ/HM/IJ are haki techniques.

I mean, haki is a kind of spiritual energy that manifests through willpower.

Ashura is the manifestation of Zoro's fighting spirit (according to manga and databook)

Diable jambe/Ifrit Jambe is the manifestation of his burning heart (emotion) which is his fighting spirit, which is also the core of the character's willpower itself.

Another part of that is that Sanji considers his legs to be cooking instruments.

He cooks his opponents. That's always been his thing.

Or maybe I'm just high right now idk.

I don’t know if it’s necessarily haki related but I do think both are a “physical” representation of their spirits. If it was haki it would/should be connected to conquerors which is just an extension of one’s spirit


Maybe it’s like just because you’re able to manipulate or manifest your “physical” spirit doesn’t make it conquerors. Same way improving your physical body and mind don’t mean it’s connected to armament or observation haki


Tho I do think that maybe conquerors could maybe boost those abilities in unique ways since they seem spirit related

Maybe... I think Asura has better chances of being UT than Diable Jambe. Diable Jambe is nothing more than a devil fruit like power imbued to Sanji's legs when he is attacking. Similar to Aokiji ice glove that punched Garp. Luffy has something similar that is red hawk/roc but ge only learned after losing Ace and learning armament haki so people think that's haki as well. But we never saw others using it. Brook doesn't have haki but has ice power (I guess because of his DF?) While Kinnemon can produce fire from his sword (totally unrelated to his DF that just changes costumes). King could also produce fire because of his lunarians traits (which people think Sanji has too).

We never saw other haki masters using this kind of thing. Kaido's DF can produce fire wind and lightning but he never did that shit while attacking with his tail or club.

Big Mon have fire and lightning home but only when she combines them with her sword home she can do such attacks. Never from her fists or sword alone.

We never saw Shanks, Whitebeard, Roger, Oden, Mihawk, Rayleigh doing shit like that. Garp neither.

Ashura possibly is a manifestation created through CoC. Since Zoro didn’t even know what haki was when he created he visualized the form of Ashura instead.

DJ nah, seems like it’s something else.

Haki are only manifested through CoA CoO and CoC. There are other powers originated from something else, like CP's Rokushiki.

Jambe and Ashura are unique, their own tech.

Ashura has a chance since it’s never been properly explained and Kaido directly questions whether or not Zoro is a conqueror after seeing it.

Personally I don’t think it is, I think Zoro just unleashed CoC haki unconsciously like Luffy did against the Flying Fish Raiders & later in Boa’s arena death battle.

Ifrit Jambe definitely isn’t. It’s an abnormal biological reaction to Sanji’s “passion”, made tolerable by using armament haki to defend himself from the fire. He could use it without haki, but then it would burn him as well.

I think asura might be tied to sandai in someway shaping his soul/spirit. Tho I don’t think it’s necessary conquerors even tho conquerors is tied to spirit
Each one of zoro’s swords potentially representing mind, body, and spirit/soul
  1. Enma -> body -> armament haki
    • Pushed against king with him being a super durable and enduring dinosaur zoan
  2. Wado -> mind -> observation haki
    • Potentially pushed against shiryu with him being a sneaky invisible man. If awakened it won’t be hard just to find him but move within the environment
  3. Sandai -> spirit -> conquerors haki
    • Again idk if it’s necessarily conquerors but both are tied to spirit. Like I think logia’s might be related to spirit but yeah I don’t think conquerors is connected
    • Potentially mastering it against mihawk or whoever the next major battle after the bbp idk
Maybe it could be different in this case but passion and spirit are kinda connected to each other. So sanji’s jambe and fire being a representation of his spirit could make sense. Sanji being able to do it is definitely because the drug sora took

Idk if it’s a science power like the exoskeleton but again definitely connected to sora. Sanji might even have stronger or more emotions than a normal person because of it
I don’t think it’s conquerors but it might be spirit related

I wanted to say they are both first-time manifestations of human evolution willed into reality but then I remembered Sanji's powers are his daddy's results and his willpower is too weak to will anything into existence.
