Are Ghana pirates the solution to illegal Chinese fishing boats?

#1
Ghana is an african country located along the west african coast. There has been an issue involving illegal chinese fishing ships in the country's water. The chinese fishing fleet seems to be taking too much of the country's aquatic resources but there also seem to be some legallity to it.

Would Ghana pirate be a solution for the illegal ships fishing in their waters?

they steal from everyone, they also produce the most of almost everything

unfortunately nobody will stop them and the only countries who could maybe have some leverage would be Japan and S. Korea
but S. Korea is literally right next to it, so border disputes arent totally 1 sided

This was before.

China imports A LOT of energy and food because they don't have their own supply. And Mexico/India now have cheaper workforce than China.
well yeah its a cycle

Capitalism -> Huge economic increase due to cheap labor and lax laws and taxation -> Socialism because the HDI is higher and people want more rights -> Minimum wage and workers rights -> Economy increases at a slower rate -> Some other country takes the role

Communists are inherently anti-developing country

in all seriousness
Vigiliante justice will be idiotic

Say the pirates do this, guarantee they use excessive violence and attack other ships indiscriminately.

Then China would move some warships out there and do what the US has always done around there

China can't move war ships into another countries water without some response but private security is an option. You don't know how any other country my respond to this and it was already illegal.

You know who would win ?

On a serious note though, China is buying so much stuff in African countries.

The UK-based Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) says at least 90% of the industrial trawlers operating in Ghana are owned by Chinese corporations, in contravention of Ghanaian laws on the ownership of vessels fishing under the local flag.
So they literally control the fishing industry in Ghana.
