We saw them boiling in magma this chapter, what is their upcoming fate?

They are done but I doubt they will die, afterall this is One Piece.

The Big Mom Pirates have been a huge disappointment, they weren't even able to save Big Mom

Kaido's burden in this case being life itself and so he dies without truly dying; he is immortalized as a titan of his generation thus achieving his dream of a glorious death in some way, but is also left as an example to those that come after of what tyranny leads to, no matter how powerful you may have been.
