Oda is saving the best for last, is it any wonder why we have seen Paramecia, Zoan, Mythical Zoan awakening, but not logia?
Or why this particular class of fruit cannot be artificially created?
Even a mid-range level logia alone was enough to give Crocodile a bounty greater than every YC1

They are rare among general folk, the WG has more access to them for some reason maybe they secured them in the past.
Keep in mimd there are more mythical zoans than ancient zoans so these are just hyperboles at the end of the day, there are probably more ancient zoan users that aren't shown to us
Katakuri was first introduced as a logia and awakened before Oda decided to retcon his class later into a special paramecia because "it's not found in nature"

Logias are great. Their awakenings are gonna be crazy, but they're not this out of the world abilities that some of us pretend they are. Katakuri already gave us a glimpse of how logia awakenings are gonna be.

It's simply oda has shown us more mythical DFs than logias. Manga canon doesn't change unless Kizaru had low iq.
Logia DFs don't cut out is all. Admirals are strong due to high stats - Kuzan's punching power ; Kizaru's defence and swordsman skills etc.
Powerful mythical zoans gives a stat boost alongside some abilities. Logias on average gives more aoe which isn't much useful in one V one.
