I have all the movies on Blu Ray, so here is my ranking from best to worst.

Gold is a good choice but the climax is flashy and the win feels really forced, his power is too strong to lose honestly. Tesoro can’t be a canon character. But yeah Baron Movie 6 is the move it’s a completely unique experience.
Red is okay if you’re a Shanks fan.
Stampede is a vibe but not a good movie

Film Gold if you want to waste 2 hours of your time. This film is trash from start to finish.
Film Z is solid. Good action, decent plot.
Stampede is dope for pure fanservice action scenes.
Strong World is decent.
Film Red if you like dogshit.
Baron Omatsuri for a seinen-like take on One Piece. Honestly this is the most interesting one.

-Baron Omatsuri is an unique take on One Piece. I'd say if there is one movie you should give a try whether you end up liking it or not is this one.
-Film Z has my favorite movie villain, story and ending. Zephyr not being canon is a crime. My favorite version of Kuzan too.
-Film Strong World plot is classic but it still works IMO. Shiki is also a pretty fun villain. Great island (or archipelago) settings visually.
Film Gold I really enjoyed the first 30-40 minutes of straw hats visiting and playing in gran tesoro but the rest feel like dressrosa redux.
I don't even remember if Stampede has a story at all, it's basically characters fanservice and battle for 1 hour 30. Not a bad thing if you're just looking for action tho
Film Red feels more like an advertisement for Ado than a proper One Piece movie.

I've seen all of them except Red but somehow i don't remember this Baron thing everyone keeps mentioning so i might have to check that out but other than that:
